Hi, I’m Paul and I have created The HR Academy to help those looking for, and those recruiting for, early career opportunities within HR.
I have specialised in HR recruitment for the last 15 years, and as a HR graduate myself, understand the challenges faced by those looking to develop a career in HR, as well as what Senior HR professionals are looking for from these early career positions.
I can’t guarantee that I will find a role for everyone that works through this process with me, however what I can promise is that those that work with me will benefit from my significant HR recruitment experience and be able to take advantage of my support and guidance to supercharge their overall job search.
A graduate in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management, I joined the recruitment industry in 2000 securing a graduate position with a London based firm specialising in the IT and Professional Service sectors.
After a number of years in London, I relocated back to East Anglia and keen to use the skills gained in my academic study I took up a position as a HR Recruitment Consultant with a leading international specialist recruitment business based in Cambridge.
During this time, I worked with both Public and Private Sector clients recruiting from entry to director level across the Cambridge and London markets. In February 2010 I joined RAD Europe, leading HR Recruitment activities across the UK and Europe.
With a firm belief that recruitment is a business based on relationships and not just transactions, I strive to create long term mutually beneficial relationships with equal importance placed on clients and candidates alike. I have completed the Certificate in Recruitment Practice and I am a certified NLP Practitioner.
